Preparation before the empty running test of a small internal mixer
1: The empty running test of the internal mixer must be carried out after the foundation is completely dry and solid.
2: Check for foreign objects in all parts of the mixer, and check for loose connections and fasteners.
3: Check whether the lubrication pipelines and hydraulic pipelines of the internal mixer are connected correctly, whether the amount of lubrication and hydraulic oil used is appropriate, whether the oil level is appropriate, and whether the lubrication of the lubrication parts is in place.
4: The auxiliary equipment of the internal mixer needs to undergo a separate inspection and test before idling to verify whether its performance meets the specified requirements.
5: Check whether the coordination between the electrical equipment of the mixer and the hydraulic and pneumatic systems is accurate and correct.
6: Before connecting the coupling to the mixer, first idle the main motor for 20 minutes, and then install the coupling and protective cover after there are no abnormalities.
7: At the high-speed shaft end of the main reducer of the mixer or at the coupling, manually turn the transmission system to rotate the rotor for two cycles and confirm that there are no abnormalities.
