1. Turn on the power supply in sequence. If heating is required, please set the temperature and observe if the heating is normal. If water cooling is required, please open the inlet and outlet valves for normal water supply.
2. Clean the mixing room, do not use hard objects such as iron wire to leave behind, check the oil level and lubrication status of each gear oil, engine oil, and butter, especially pay attention to the oil level of the triple oil cup not being less than half, and regularly observe the changes in the triple oil level. It is abnormal to not consume oil or consume oil too quickly (adjust the knob of the triple oil). The gear oil of the new machine should be replaced at least six months, and the moving parts should be added with lubricating oil at least once a week, Do not exceed half of the oil mirror when refueling, otherwise oil leakage may occur.
3. Prepare the materials and turn on the power and air pressure, raise the pressure cap to the upper limit position, then start the main motor motor. After the main motor starts for half a minute, put in the prepared materials, and then press down the pressure cap for material mixing.
4. If you need to change the color, please pour in cleaning material or raw material cleaning agent, and then use a broom or wire to clean the old material in the gap of the rotor shaft in the mixing chamber.
5. During internal mixing, automatic or manual mixing can be adjusted according to the physical requirements of the materials. Hard materials should not be too large or too large, otherwise they may crash or burn out the main motor.
6. After the material mixing is completed, first raise the air pressure cover, then flip the mixing tank, wait until it is in place, pour out the material, then return the mixing tank to its position, and then add material for the next batch of mixing.
7. When stopping production, first turn off the power supply of each function in sequence, then turn off the power supply of the host, and finally quickly clean the mixing room and clean the dust.
